Root touch-ups are the backbone of our color book. Clients come in every four to six weeks, and that steady rhythm has made us very, very good at one thing: matching your color exactly, visit after visit, so your roots disappear and your ends never look “off.”
We color with Joico, including the YouthLock formulas made specifically for gray coverage, which keep resistant grays covered while leaving hair soft and shiny. Your formula is saved in your client record, so whether you see the same stylist or need to switch days, your color stays consistent.
Short on time? Ask about our 10-minute root retouch, a faster-processing option that gets you in and out quickly — perfect for a lunch break or an after-work appointment on our late nights.
Choose a quick refresh or turn your touch-up into a full color appointment.

Full coverage for resistant gray, or a softer blend if you’d like to grow into your natural silver gracefully.
Add a gloss to your mid-lengths and ends to refresh faded color, boost shine and correct brassiness.
Combine your root color with a partial foil or face frame for brightness and dimension in one visit.
Natural-looking color that softens gray at the temples and crown without looking “done.”
Most clients pair their root color with a cut or blowout. Book the combination you want online and we’ll reserve the right amount of time.

Most clients book every four to six weeks. If you’re covering a lot of gray or your hair grows quickly, every four weeks keeps the line invisible; softer blends can often stretch to six or seven weeks.
A standard root retouch with blow-dry usually takes about an hour and a half. Our 10-minute root retouch shortens processing time, and adding a cut, glaze or foils will add time to your appointment.
Yes. We use Joico YouthLock and permanent formulas designed for gray hair, and your stylist adjusts the formula for resistant areas such as the temples and hairline.
A glaze is a demi-permanent gloss applied after your root color. It refreshes faded ends, adds shine and fine-tunes tone. It’s optional, but many clients add it every other visit.
Clients book their regular root color with us from across Billerica and the surrounding towns.
