A few simple policies help us stay on time for every client.
We understand that plans change. To give other clients the chance to book, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service you were scheduled for. This fee also applies to no-shows and forgotten appointments.
A credit card is required when booking to secure your preferred date and time.
If you’re running late, please call us at (978) 667-4690. We’ll do our best to complete your service, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to stay on time for the next client.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, we ask that children not receiving a service be supervised at all times.
Prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on hair length, density and the time and product required. Your stylist will confirm your price before beginning any service.
